Copy trading with Upstox

To connect Upstox in AlgoDelta’s Copy Trading software, follow these steps:

1. Generate the API Key and Secret Key.
2. Add Upstox Account Details in Algodelta’s Copy Trading.

Step 1:

Open the Upstock website using the following link:  https://login.upstox.com/

1.  Enter the Registered “Mobile number”, then click on “Get OTP” button.
2.  Then Enter the OTP you will get in registered mobile number and click on “Continue” button.
3. Then Enter 6-digit PIN and click on “Continue” button.

Step 2:

For getting an Upstox client ID:

1. Click on the top right of the profile icon image.
2. And click on My Account and you can see “User ID”.

Step 3:

For creating an “API key” and “Secret Key”

1. Click on the ‘Apps’ tab.
2. Then click on ‘New app’. And then in ‘App Name’ Enter “Algodelta app”.
3. Enter URL this URL: https://algodelta.com/platform/dematconnected  as shown in the screenshot.
4. And in ‘Postback URL’ enter: https://apibetact.algodelta.com/api/v1/order/upstox 
5.  And Then tick on ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ and click on ‘Continue’ button.

After successfully connecting, you will see this notification.

Step 4:

For getting an “API key” and “Secret Key” :

1.  Now click on the down arrow for that particular app.
2.  Then you will get “API Key”.
3.  Click on eye button you will see “Secret Key”.

Step 5:

Now, go to AlgoDelta’s Copy Trading using the following link:
https://algodelta.com/platform/login. Enter your AlgoDelta email ID and password.

Step 6:

Go to the “Demat” tab and click on “Add Demat Account” Select Upstock as the broker and provide the following details: Nickname, Mobile Number, Email, Upstox client ID , Upstox api key (generated from the Upstox portal). Click on “Add.” You will see a “Broker Connected” pop-up.
